These delicate water cranes with rotary upper parts feature external heating equipment.
Gully grates are also included.
This building kit contains: 24 single parts in 1 colour and 1 construction instruction.

Think about a steam engine requiring a top-up of water.
It may have been in the repair and maintenance workshops,
so good places for a coupe of these, would be at exit points from the workshops.
Alternatively, the top-up may be required for the steam engine of a long-distance train, so the hydrant position could be at the end of a siding where the engine may wait for the wagons in the train to be shuffled into a new train.
